So in AP Physics right now, I have a 86.2% in the class, and would like to know what I need to keep at least a B, an 82.5%. The entire class is weighted, tests (including the final) are 40% of our grade, my test average is a 70.1%, and the final is 47.3% of our test category. Thanks!

Its funny, people always say that you'll laugh about what you worried about in high school later in your life, but with as much as it will affect my future, I'm not sure how much laughing I'll be doing.

I'm stressing soo much right now. My dream school is Stanford, but my grades have never this bad, I'm honestly really upset. I've spent so many late nights doing homework and there always seems to be more.

well the curve alone should bring up your grade right, and if you get a 25 on the exam you should question how you even were able to score a 25, don´t get depressed if you fail chem just take a course recovery program so if you do fail there is always another way to pass.

I have a 71 in Honors Chemistry and I have failed 6/9 tests in this class. Do you think it´s possible for me to keep a 70 in this class on the final exam when my exam is worth 25% of my grade?

Hey, roger my teacher told me that the exam is worth 30% right now I have a 68% and he said if you fail he takes away the full 30% is this true

Roger: That doesn’t sound right, but I suppose your teacher can do whatever he feels like doing. Typically, I’d imagine that scoring a 0 on your final should bring your grade down from a 68% to a 47.6%. That’s a drop of 20.4 percentage points (e.g. 30% of 68).

Hi Roger, Cheryl here! I am back from winter break and I am not feeling this school thing. Have not gotten my exams back yet, but I know I did not do well. Any tips?

Roger: Already? New Year’s Day was only 2 days ago. When coming back from a long break, I find it helpful to make a list of things I need to do/focus on, and then decide which ones are priorities and which ones can be postponed. They can be as simple as “vacuum the floor” or “get groceries” (or whatever school-related things you need to do), but having an actual list helps a lot. Have you tried that?

I have a 76 in algebra and I never turned in 5 assignments. Those are all going to be zeros. how much will those zeros bring down my grade? They are 70% of my grade

Dude this helped me out so so much I thought I was going to fail I had a 58 in french class. I used this beautiful calculator to give me an idea of what I need to set my goal to, which was to get a
78 on my final . It had paid off it had bumped me up to a 62. Which made me passed.
