Hey, so I'm a freshman in HIGH SCHOOL, so I'm not even close to your level...
But I think some of my tactics are still helpful and relevant for any grade or education level.
1) Take breaks, but time them.
So it's important to reward hard work with some breaks or something. I usually eat some chocolate and watch a YouTube vid on animals... but you do you!
2) Make a to-do list.
Honestly, it's really helpful. But don't use planners, they're annoying and you end up spending more time decorating them than actually using it. IMO.
3) Spend a Sabbath just with you and God!
I've already said to take a break, but I also want to address one of the MOST IMPORTANT PARTS of getting rid of stress, and really just have a fulfilling and successful life in general: God.
Us human folks, we have stuff we want to do. Which, for the most part, that's okay. But God has His own plans for us. And His are 100000000000000000000% better!
Pray to God, ask for His will to be done in your life, and put some faith in Him!
I mean, He came down from all His glory in heaven, was disrespected and KILLED by His own creations, ALL FOR YOU!
Ya might as well give Him a chance. :)

Hey I noticed this morning that many people on here share poetry and things of that nature. I've been through a lot of awful and bizarre things these last few years so I figured i vent about about them in a piece of writing, not a poem. It's too personal to share with anyone i know i feel like so anonymously posting it here may prove interesting. It's got a sort of stream of consciousness/free association thing going on. Here goes nothing:
TJ and I sat in my car tonight, in the parking lot of our high school. A message from my ex girlfriend led us here but we didn't know what we were getting into. A "scavenger" hunt of sorts was going on. The grade below mine does these depraved activities, hunting down bicker, uggs and text off a predetermined list. Unfortunately, "picture with an ex" was on there and i was to take a photo with her. It was awkward, humiliating, anxiety fueled. Bad memories swirled back into my brain, the good ol days were projected on to my eyes. I recently lost my best friend and my relationship ended so this was the only explanation it seems. My first girlfriend, Ip, appeared. So many good and bad things flew by. Her taking my olive oil, our chili cooking dates, teaching her piano, my unwillingness to act, my blind love for her. Zip. My friend Elijah's fight club. I bet the crap out of him but had my sass handed to me by some kids from another school. Pow. Jumping robert sophomore year, I'll never forgive myself. Klang. School was torn apart.
