I took a HSV to RGB converter I found online and made 360 different colors using 100% saturation and 100% value. Then I painted 360 triangles, each a different color, with one vertex at the center and the other two far out at the edge. Finally, I set the delay between renders to be 1/60 seconds, and I have the offset of the angle change by 1 degree every refresh.
