HOW if you have a 76 in the class and the final is 20% and i get a 0 percent why doesnt it bring it down 20% to my overall grade it says that i will have to get a -1.12% to get a 60%

Roger: Scoring a zero on your final wouldn’t bring your overall grade down by 20%. Instead, it would bring your overall grade down to 80% of its original value. In your case, your 76% would go down to a 60.8%.

All year I never understood my chemistry teacher’s teaching. Is a 76% asbad as it looks?

Oh wow. I missed a day of history for my AP Lang exam and asked my friend to tell me what I missed. Not only did that witch not tell me our essay test was moved up to today, but she didn't tell me that our usual notes we are allowed to have for it are only allowed to be one page long so I had to tear out a random page in my notes and hope it had enough to answer the prompt... The prompt was on the page before the one I tore out and this essay is my last grade of the year... I need a 65 to keep my current grade but since I didn't know anything in the prompt it's safe to say I failed...
