I have a math final tmr and it's worth 20% of my grade and I have a 72.90% which means I have to get at least a 60% in order to pass otherwise I retake that class next year for a whole semester 🙃I hate my life.

Tips:

1.) Try to eat something beforehand. Even if you don't typically eat breakfast, it'll keep your mind in the right place to take a test.

2.) If you can, waking up a bit earlier (ex. 30-60 mins) and studying is a great pre-exam prep tactic.

3.) Review when you can. You don't always have to whip out all your books and pull an all nighter. Studying can happen anywhere; such as, looking over your notes on the ride home.

4: Believe in yourself. If you arrive "hoping" that you'll pass...you won't.

The nice thing about having poor grades is you only need like at least 40% on the final to get a C. It's so much harder when you have an A and getting anything less than a 95% is gonna drop it. Good thing I'm not in the latter boat haha *cries*

Reminder to fill out your course evaluations, especially if there's extra credit involved

This is Monta Vista High School. We would like to announce that we have furthur developed the nuclear weapon called finals. In order to torture the minds of the poor stressed 90% asian student population even more, we have made sure that all teachers give extreme amounts of homework right before finals, so that students can pull of FOUR all-nighters in a row by studying for all 6-7 subjects, plus finish projects and homework for those subjects which, in addition, are due on the day of the final! This is to prove that Monta Vista is capable of sending students to Harvard, Stanford, MIT, and oh we almost forgot, Yale. We would like to keep this secret information private, so that our wonderful reputation will not be destroyed, despite our student's complaints, which are obviously false.
