I'm not sure if its possible but it would be awesome if you could make a calculator that determined my letter grade from my course percentage and based off of a curve where you input the class average (class average being a C in the class) and thus determining what my letter grade would be for the class.

Roger: So, letter grade buckets and grading curves tend to be complicated. For example, you could imagine a calculator that computes your z-score (these already exist) on a normal distribution. But in the general case, you cannot build a calculator for this.
