I have no idea what a neutralization reaction is either and we just learned it oops but a salt is an Ionic compound (a metal and a nonmetal bonded together with cancelling charges) and for aqueous reactions it is the same as a double replacement reaction, but ONE of the products should be a solid, just follow the solubility rules to see which one of the products will be a solid, and which will be aqueous. Hope this helps all the people in chem who are STRUGGLING
