Grade 11 marks are looked at when universities send out early conditional offers I think. They don't mean much when the unis are making their final decisions though. However the conditional offers are nice because they usually only require an average of 80% (for me at least, I got 3 conditional offers with an 80% minimum average) and you get some peace of mind during your senior year. And once you get them they're not allowed to revoke ur offer even if u only slightly pass 80% lol.

If you want early acceptance, they will look at your grade 11 marks since you won't have all the grade 12 marks in yet. That being said they mostly check out your grade 12 marks if you don't care for early acceptance :)
