honestly kinda sad how much we are dependent on grades. I mean the goal of education is to gain knowledge not to have good grades and its kinda sad how my school actively tries to make the material harder because ''our grades are too high'' yet shouldn't we be proud that we gain knowledge Im confused :((

The semester will be over and I have 70% in one of my classes (I've never finished with anything below 90% so I'm stressing out so much)
The thing is that we've only had ONE test, which obviously I did awful on.
We're going to have two more tests. What do I need to get on them in order to have 90% in the class?
(Tests count for 80% of the total grade while homework counts as 20%. I have 99% in the homework category)
Please help!!!!

I need an 89.6 BEFORE I take my final exam.
If i have 13 quizzes and 4 assignments that make up 55% of my grade, participation makes up 15% of my grade, and 5 tests make up 15% of my grade, the final exam makes up the last 15%. What grades will I need on all of the quizzes, all 4 assignments, all 5 tests, and participation to make at least an 89.6 average?

Roger: I don’t really understand your question. Are you asking what you need to score on all of your quizzes, assignments, and tests? Have you already finished some of those things? In any case, there isn’t a single answer. For example, if you score poorly on your quizzes, then you could make up for it by scoring better on your assignments. If you score 89.6% on everything, then your overall grade will be 89.6%, of course. Also, try out the calculator mode labeled “I need something else”. It might be able to help.

Hello Roger, I'm in Asian school. I need a A to pass. Right now I have a C+ in my grade. My final is worth 150% of my grade. If i don't pass Asian school all of my teachers are going to shove chop sticks up my pass.
