Try your hardest to get the best grades possible. If you are getting bad grades, is it because you don't study or do work, or is it you don't get enough help? Always aim for an A. In 9th grade, I used to get 3 C's for both freshmen and sophmore years. In Junior year, I wanted to do better and I did. I got all A's because I worked hard. So, in the end, always work hard. BUT STILL HAVE A LIFE.

This is not related to grades. So I got my first truancy thing for no reason. So there is this bathroom pass system in my chemistry class. I was going to use the bathroom, but the pass was gone. So I put my name down on the bathroom sign-out sheet, so when the person comes back, I can go straight to the bathroom. Later, I realized I didn't need to go. I later found out the next class that I got a referral or truancy thing because my teacher thought I left the class for more than 30 mins, but I didn't even use the bathroom. What should I do? Do colleges care about only one truancy in your lifetime? Lol Sorry Roger for long paragraph.

Hey Roger, I was trying to write a program that does the same thing as this website (for fun), but i'm getting different answers. I'm inputting 90.75 as current grade, 89.5 desired, and 10% worth. However, i'm getting 90.625 from my calculations, but the site says 78.25 % is required. The equation i'm using is the same as yours, do you know why there are different answers?

For example, if your “92%” overall grade represents 50% of your total coursework, then you’ll need to score at least a 95% on your test to raise your overall grade to a 93%. If you score 92% on your test, then your overall grade should stay at a 92%.
