Roger, I have an urgent complaint. You write

Required = (Goal − Current × (100% − Final Weight)) / Final Weight

on the site. I'm glad you used MINUS SIGN (−) instead of HYPHEN-MINUS (-) and MULTIPLICATION SIGN (×) instead of LATIN SMALL LETTER X (x) or ASTERISK (*). But, I noticed you used SOLIDUS (/) instead of DIVISION SLASH (∕). Roger, if I'm honest with you, I was devastated by this. I was at least hoping you'd use DIVISION SIGN (÷).

Hopefully, you will fix this soon! I love the site, but my opinion of it deteriorated as I realized you had a misused Unicode character.

Hi! I have a final with 4 parts to it. The parts are 20 points each and like i said before there are 4 parts. The final is worth 10% of my final grade. I currently have an 88 in the class. What do I need to make as an average on those 4 parts of the final to make an 80 in the class?

Roger: You’ll need to average at least 8% on the four parts of your final to get 80% overall.

How do I calculate if my final grade is it's own grade and also replaces my worst test grade

Roger: Try the calculator option labeled “My lowest test grade is dropped” and tell the calculator that your lowest test grade is dropped and that your final counts as 1 test, in addition to a percentage of your overall grade.

There has never been anything more constant throughout my education than visiting this site at least once a term. Been in undergrad for four years, have two more down the road, and I will continue to use this site until I have that diploma framed, or whatever. Cheers, Roger.
