Are a junior and would take AP bio senior year? If you're pre med or want to major in bio I would recommend taking it-- even if you don't get college credit it will make cell bio in college a lot easier. plus AP bio will probably be the last fun bio you can take. If you school has a good teacher I would definately recommend.
