This wouldn't be a problem if my school district's teachers were allowed to know the material, and therefore could instruct us on what to study.

Unfortunately, they can't do that, so I /can't/ study! There is no way for me to know what to study! Why am I taking a year long course only to take a test - worth 25% of my grade - whose material I was not taught?

honestly if you're one of the people here who has a failing grade, don't let all the nasty comments make you feel bad. a low gpa does not make you a bad person and it doesn't even mean you're not smart. just try your best on the final and i hope that you can work something out with your professor.

if you're one of the people here bragging about your grades and shaming others for poor ones, fuck you. there's nothing that person can do now and calling them dumb is just going to make things worse for them. you don't know their situation and you don't know why they have that grade. people aren't asking for your commentary when they're posting here, they're just sharing their results.
your gpa may be high, but you aren't going to get far in life if your that condescending towards people.

Honestly people. Everyone posting here is has failing grades, and I'm just sitting here reading comments like "I need a 65% on the final to get an A in the class." Is it impossible for you to study? I recommend a soli community college for the majority of you.

We have the same grading scale in south Carolina where your 69 or below is an F and your 70 is a D. People are lucky if they live in a state where a 69 is a passing grade cause down here in south cakalacky you can't get away with no 69 it's either at least a 70 or higher.
