yo roger. I have an online class and I have an 89.34. My teacher averages my grade based off of the grade I got on each chapter and the final. I have 6 chapters. my teacher averages them out for my final grade btw
1st chapter: 87.9&
2nd chapter: 91.3%
3rd chapter: 88.2%
4th chapter: 88.5%
5th chapter: 90.8%
Final: haven't taken it yet

I have a 76 in my Cultural Studies class, and my final counts as an Essay. My essay category is at 40, and I have an ungraded category of attendance (which will be 100) weighted 5%. my final essay is worth 35% of my essay grade, which is 40% of my overall grade. If I completely fail, or get as low as a 50, will I be able to get a passing grade of 60? Thank you !

That means your grade would actually go up if you got a 50% on your final essay, which sounds a bit suspicious, but I’ll assume that’s correct. In that case, your overall grade would drop to a 71.6% if you got a 0% on your final essay (and 100% in participation). If you get a 50% on your final essay, your overall grade should go up to a 78.6%. If your current essay average isn’t actually 40%, post a follow-up comment and tell me your current essay category average.

Main language is English, so Spanish is hella hard even though my pronunciations are outstanding. But teacher decides to give us test before day of Final with out telling us and complains to us hat we have been practicing for weeks an I'm like fuck you. Then she goes off on how i don't pay atención even though i clearly do.... Rip my grade and every student in my class, we all complain she never teaches anything we are tested on and pisses our whole class off i hope she gets fired and only 2 people have an A's their are both sitting at a 90 and those are the teachers favorite students btw so everyone else that i know has a B or lower and I'm one of thee average students with a B- while everyone else has a C+ help us pls

I have a 99 in my class, the class is ridiculously easy, to get a 100 in the class I need to make a 105% on the final... It just so happens that the school offers an extra 10% added to the final grade if you have good attendance. So I will get a 110 on the final because the class is that easy. Win.

There goes my GPA...My instructor gave this 75 question test, but here's the thing, they were fill in the blank WITHOUT a word bank. I did indeed study for this test, however, I couldn't possibly remember 75 words off the top of my head and score a decent grade. My first language is English, this is relevant because a few of the words were Italian. I can't even talk about how my nerves get the best of me when I have a test that determines my final grade in the class.
No, my teacher did not care about how no one could possibly remember 75 words perfectly and there definitions; Needless to say she told me that one of her previous students made a perfect score on it. I'm sorry if I back-sassed her by telling her that no one could take her test and make a decent grade on it without a word bank but I'm not like that other student. She also "went off" on me about waiting until the day before to study for the test, but I will say I studied so hard for that test. I tried to prepare myself for something that advanced but when I actually sat down to take it I knew for sure I was not going to remember all of those 75 words I had studied all night.
