Our finals are after winter break, so I've spent all two weeks and studying on and off. It scares me that these grades can affect my future, because colleges see our semester grade. HHHhhHhHh the stress is slowly killing me, and I don't even think that that statement is much of an exaggeration. Oof.

A lot of these ideas aren't really worked together, but instead are just sort of shoved together. 1st par. - you begin with the idea of past vs. present, but then for the rest of the paragraph you talk about pennies wasting time. In the 2nd par. you mention inconvenience - but then go to inflation, followed by the time wasted = money being wasted.
