lol I really only need to try on two tests. My English is at 88 (lol I didn't know it was possible to be worse at ur own native language than my foreign exchange friends) and I need a 98 to bring it up to an a. and I have a 92 in historical geo and I need an 82 on the final to keep an A. The rest I only need like 60 on the final to keep my grade, lol I'm so nervous.

I honestly wish I was dead. This isn't the future I was promised. I was promised a future where I could "accomplish my dreams" and "Be whatever I wanted to be." Sadly, 8 hours a day of high school, 7 days a week, for 12 years of your life makes it hard for a lot of kids to find out what they want to be, or what their dreams actually are. Thats why so many kids go into college (because its what they are "supposed" to do, with a major that makes money, not happiness. Then they drop out because its so mundane and not their subject, have tons of debt, and slave away at a job that doesn't give you a greater purpose or feeling in life. But in order to have basic needs in life you have to slave away for the corporations that makes millions of dollars a year. As an 18 year old senior your told that its time to start being an adult and being responsible, but you still get put in an in-school "timeout" if you get lazy one night and decide to kick back instead of doing your 5 page packet homework. A timeout all because you wanted to relax for a night. One single night. School has taught me one thing for sure: my goals, interests, and social life mean little to nothing if it gets in the way of completing 50 math problems for a day of homework. School first, mental well being last. Adults wonder why millenials and Generation Z kids are so lazy and don't want to get jobs. They paid their tuition by delivering mail every sunday. A part time job now wouldnt pay for half of college -Bledsoe
