It would be nice if there was an option to have your final replace a test grade, that seems pretty common too and I couldn't think of a way to make the calculator work that in

Roger: Try either the calculator mode labeled “My lowest test grade is dropped” or the one labeled “I need something else”. They both handle this. (Tell the calculator that your lowest test grade is dropped, and that your final also counts as 1 test grade.)

I've gotta get 95+ on most of my midterms to get to an A, and my AP world teacher told me about a card game called hearts, where you can 'shoot the moon' if you collect all the hearts, but its super unlikely and unsustainable. So roger if you can pray for me to shoot the moon like you've prayed before that would be greatly apreciated

hi roger, i'd like to add a suggestion unless i've missed it in the customization. is it possible to include an option for your final exam being a final exam grade and replacing your lowest test grade if it's higher? i bet that's a situation that happens sometimes for other students, and if it's already there sorry but i couldn't seem to find it. thank you for this application though, it's really neat. have a great holiday. :)

In my math class, I have an 89. Out of 600 total points, homework is worth 50, each test is worth 100 and the final is worth 150. all of the 4 tests have been taken however I do not yet have the grade for the 4th test. I have a 74 in homework and on the 3 tests grades I know of I have a 100, 94 and 78. If my score on the final is higher than my lowest test grade, it replaces it. What do I need on the 4th test and final to get a 90 in the class?

Roger: You’ll need to average at least a 88.3% on your 4th test and your final to raise your overall grade to a 90%. Also, your currently overall grade should be an 88.3% (or a 92.4%, if you don’t count your lowest test grade), not 89%.

Right now I have an 81.1 in the class. I made a 72.08 on my midterm which is going to go in the same category as my final (they will be averaged) . This category is worth 25%. What do I need to make to keep a B. Ty Ily

Roger: Is your midterm grade already included in your “81.1%”? If so, you’ll need to score at least a 63.2% on your final to get a 80% overall. If not, then you’ll need to score at least a 81.3% on your final to get a 80% overall.
