My exam is worth 25% of my grade. If I get 100% on it, My grade raises by 5%. If I get a zero, it drops by 20%. What the heck

None of my friends and i understand my geography culminating task so we've all accepted failure and just want to see if somewhat passing the exam will save us. Everyone is failing in my class. And my older club members have also failed geography and said that credit recovery is almost impossible

The class in which you write paper after paper and essay after essay of COMPLETE. You gotta analyse the sit out of those poems and you gotta learn the sit out of those plays. Then when the final comes you stare at why blah blah blah is significant and wonder if any of this sit will affect my life in any way whatsoever after High School or college.

why is it so hard to raise your mark by like even 1%? (I would need a 98 on my exam to bring it up by 1% ) but if i got like a 85% it would drop by like 10%???

hi, so i'm not sure if i can use this website to accurately calculate my final grade. our tests are broken up into 4 sections; knowledge, communication, application, and thinking. every section is weighed differently and if i were to type in what i have, what i want, and were to see what i need then it wouldn't be accurate because then it would be implying that i need for ex. a 92 in every single section.
in physics right now im getting a 93, but my thinking average is a 97, and just logically speaking this would mean that i also need a 97 on the exam to stay at a 97. but the website is telling me something different.

The basic mode of the Final Grade Calculator is only for final exams (or final projects/tests/etc), because it assumes there’s only 1 score remaining, and it assumes that the score gets its own category. You could try the calculator mode labeled “I need something else”. It can handle questions about specific categories in your grade, but it doesn’t know about nested categories (”category inside a category”), such as your “knowledge tests” category, which is inside of your “tests” category. You can also check out the formula sheet to get some more insight about how this calculator works. Let me know if you have any other questions!

Hi so my average in math rn is a 91.4. We've had 8 other test all worth about 7ish percent. I just wrote something worth 9% and I have a final exam worth 21%. If I got 50% on the thing worth 9% what will my grade drop down to.

Roger: Your numbers only add up to 86%. What’s the other 14% of your grade made of? Also, try out the calculator mode labeled “I need something else”. It might be able to answer your question.

so right now i have an 84.56 in math. my lowest test grade is a 60.9% and my test average is an 83.13%. my teacher said if my final score is better than my grade then it can also replace my first test. final is 20% of my grade. what do i need to get on the final to get an 89.5 in the class????
