I'm getting a 52% in a class and I have 1 project and 1 final exam
my project is worth 15% and my exam is also worth 15% of my final grade.
what do I need on my project & on my exam to get a 51% overall?
please help me!!

I have an 81 for my fourth term grade in math. My final counts as 20 percent of my fourth term grade and 10 percent of my overall grade. I have two parts to my final. They are both worth 50 points. On the first part I got 14. What do I need to get on the second part to get a 75 percent. Hellllp!!!
Roger: So, it sounds like your third term grade is worth 45% of your overall grade, and your fourth term grade is worth 45% of your overall grade. Is that correct? If so, I need to know your third term grade as well.

TWO PART WEIGHTED EXAM
- 1st HALF AT 40% and THE 2nd HALF AT 60%
So,
The 1st half had 100 questions that had 13 incorrect answers and 87 correct answers.
The 2nd half had fill in the blanks which consisted of 48 answers with 38 correct and 10 incorrect.
WHAT IS THE NUMERICAL GRADE PLEASE? I am racking my brain. I'm so glad to have seen your website. Thank you!
Roger: Well, you got a 87% on your first half and 79.2% on your second half. In total, you got a 82.3% on your final exam.

Thanks so much for making this awesome calculator. There is nothing quite so reassuring as knowing that you could legitimately get a C and finish with an A. I still don't plan on getting a C but the relief makes studying SO much easier.

I have a 91.2% in math and our final is 20% of our grade and it can replace our lowest test grade and mine is 77%. What do i need to keep my A?
Roger: Well that depends on 1) how much your test category is worth, and 2) how many tests you have taken. Can you answer those?

Hello my name is Cheryl. I have already thanked Roger Hub numerous times via the comments section of this website. Nonetheless, I still feel the need to express my gratitude. I just wanted to say that I am forever indebted to this "RogerHub". I don't know where I would be without this website. All of my difficult finals start tomorrow and I am absolutely terrified and stressed out of my mind. However, there is still hope. There is that one glimmering sliver of light at the end of the tunnel. It represents the hope that I may pass and see a better tomorrow. That shining little light is there in the back of my mind as I study furiously everyday because of this glorious website. I often think back to the day that I discovered this website. I remember typing into my Google search bar, "final grade calculator". I was stressed. Anxious. My eyes were bloodshot and I was severely sleep deprived. I then clicked the first link that popped up - "Final Grade Calculator - RogerHub" and in an instant my life was changed forever. I still remind myself from time to time that if I had not clicked that link on that very day the bright, hopeful light in the back of my mind would be a dim, flickering mirage. I was stressing out so much because I've been doing so well in my course (90%) and I was afraid if I don't do well on my final my mark will drop by a lot, but now I know I just need to get over a certain amount (which is actually not a lot for me) and now I don't need to stress out that much!! Amazing Website Roger, but could you pls add an option where it takes two semesters separatel, with the finals, and then calculate the end of year grade? Like: term 1 (20%) term 2(20%) semester test (10%) term 3 (20%) term 4 (20%) final exam (10%).

This doesn't work! I had a 91.13%. My final was worth 10%. After my final, my overall grade was 87.47% It says that for me to get this scenario, i need a 50% on my final. Not true. I got a 72%.. this isn't right
Roger: If you’re sure of those numbers, you should go talk to your teacher. Your final grade should have been a 89.2%. Also, over 3 million students have used this calculator. Hey Roger! I'm a senior now and I have used this amazing, easy, simple grade calculator for the past three years and I have never had a problem with it! It's given me a lot of hope and a lot of discouraging news regarding finals and it's been a big part of finals week, not only for me, but for many peers in school. As a senior, I have mixed feelings... I won't have to use your calculator because of no senior finals, but then again Yay! But I won't get to see those witty comments that eased my finals week:( Just wanted to thank you one last time! Btw: you should really consider making this an app... The next flappy bird:)
