i'm doing precalc over the summer and i hate it already why did i do this the first semester was super easy but the second semester ?? my virtual summer school program is so bad at explaining things and like i haven't even learnt vectors yet why am i getting questions about them and why did i have to google how to find nth roots of unity?? because summer school dude didn't tell me how to, that's why. trig is fun!! what i know about integration and differentiation is fun!! you know what's not fun?? polar coordinates and de moivres theorem and the work that goes into finding the nth roots of a number!! rant over

My current grade is around an 82 I have two finals. one is worth 10% of my final grade and the other 20% of my final grade. what do I need on both to get a 90 or above in the class

Roger: What’s the remaining 10% of your grade made of? If you average at least a 40% on your remaining tests and assignments, then you should be able to get a 45% overall.

Okay, so basically, I'm taking summer school for math, and I need an A or high B to pass. I currently have a 71.3 percent :/ the last day of summer school is tomorrow, I am going to be taking my final tomorrow. Our final is 75 percent of our grade. This says, that if I get an 97-98% on my final, then I will have an A. My final has 26 questions, each will be worth three points. Does this change anything?

Rounding all depends on your teacher. Some round mathematically, others round based on how much effort you put in the class, and others flat out don’t round. Grades can show up as either numbers or letters, but mainly for the purposes of college, letters matter more (An A is still an A even if you have a 100 or a 90)

lets say that I have a 89.88 in my english class. Will it round?

I have a 66.77 in my English class right now. I have a research paper still not graded worth 15% an exam worth 35% and the final worth 10%. I'm going to be honest I don't do well on her test even after I study. What is the chances I can pull off a 70% and pass?

So, I had 4 units and combined, they are worth 70% (so about 17.5% for each unit) of my mark and then my final test is worth 30%.
So,
Unit 1: 96%
Unit 2: 90%
Unit 3: 93%
Unit 4: 85%
Final Test: 88%
So I don’t know how you calculate the FINAL mark.

Roger: Your overall grade is (96%+90%+93%+85%)×17.5%+88%×30%, which is 90.1%.

End of my junior year I got 3.77 instead of 3.8.
