how do people take 10 aps and manage to get good grades 😭😭😭 also which uni r u in
Roger: I went to UC Berkeley.
Hey Roger! I fell like this is a good site, so I'm going to pour my heart out. My grades are slipping and we have a big test coming up. If I don't get an A, I will lose my phone! Our final is worth 43% of our grade and I have a 73% in class. Also, Roger, I've been feeling like you and I would really be good friends! Thank you! Have a blessed day!
Roger: Glad to help, and good luck!
If i take 6 APS and my school offers 13 (some are arts/specific skills and languages) is that enough to show i pushed myself for universities like UCLA USC Berkeley?
Roger: Hmm… 6 AP classes sounds like plenty to me.
Roger does it matter if I only took 1 AP in junior year, i’m taking 5 in Senior. Would that look like I wasn’t pushing myself to the lost rigorous course load in my junior year although i did take all enriched courses? Do schools like UCLA look at the overall APs you took, or how many u took each year? I’m not sure if I have enough APs
Roger: I suppose it depends on how many AP classes your peers took. If your high school offered a lot of AP classes to other junior students, then admissions might wonder why you didn’t take them. But not all schools have the same opportunities.
Where did you attend college?
Roger: UC Berkeley
so my grade is currently at a 79 but i got a 70 on something that was worth 10% of my mark. what i be at?
Roger: The exact answer depends on how much of your coursework you’ve completed so far. For example, if your 79% overall grade represents 40% of your total coursework, then your overall grade should drop to a 77.2%.
I have a 70% in my class and i got a 32% on a test worth 5% of my grade. What do I have now?
Roger: It depends on how much of your coursework you’ve completed so far. For example, if your “70%” grade represents 45% of your total coursework, then your overall grade should drop to a 66.2%.
i love rogerhub.
Right now I have a 73% and I have a paper worth 150 points weighted at 55% along with all my test (16 tests altogether not including this paper) how much will my grade go down if I get a 0?
Roger: How many points are your tests worth? And how many points did you score on them? Are there any other papers that are in your 55% category? And what’s the other 45% of your grade made of?
so i have an a in english right now at a 94%. on my last test, i scored a 68%. what grade will i have now?
how come my grade went down after receiving a 90 on my math final that was worth 15%?
Roger: What was your grade before the final?
Hey Roger! I hope you have a happy holidays! I have a few questions for you: what was your favorite part of this decade, and is there anything you are looking forward to in the 2020's?
You have helped me. thanks
Roger: You’re welcome!
thank you! he teachers hate you, but we love you!!!!!
Roger: Glad to help!
Hey roger I have a 60 in algebra 1 right now and I have an assignment due that is in a category of 35% of my grade . I have 11 assignments in there and the grades are (54,0,74,75,91,60,62,88,100,47,100) when I turn in my assignment If make at least a 90 or straight 100 . What will my grade be ?
Roger: What’s the other 65% or your grade made of? Try out the calculator mode labeled “I need something else”. It might be able to help.
Hey roger I have a 60 in algebra 1 right now and I have an assignment due that is 35% of my grade if I make at least a 90 or straight 100 . What will my grade be ?
Roger: Is your assignment worth 35% of your grade by itself? Or is it part of a category that, along with other assignments, is altogether worth 35% of your grade? One of the alternate calculator modes might be able to help.
Hey roger please answer me I’m stressed out...so I have a overall grade rn of a 64 and we just had to 200 point projects that I’m sure I scored A but I also have a final tommorow what would my grade be overall after saying I made at least a b on the final!!!please answer me
Roger: It depends on how much your final is worth and how many points you have total. Try out the calculator mode labeled “I need something else”. It may be able to answer your question.
Thanks Roger! We had finals and I didn't fail! Good day in the morning!
Hi Roger. I have a question. I have a 95.76 in my class and i got a c on part one and d on the part two and this is worth 20%. what is my final grade
Roger: It depends on exactly what kind of C and D you got.
Do you make money on this website at all?
Roger: Yep. I’ve had ads since 2012.
How come my grade went up by only 1.9% when I got a 100% on a quiz that's 30% of my grade? So, I had a 71.9% and it got raised to 73.8%, I want to know if this makes any sense or it is actually correct. When I used this site it said I would get an 80% if I got a 98.8% on my quiz but I got 100% and don"t have an 80% so idk. Helpp
Roger: It sounds like your grade isn’t worth 30% of your grade by itself. Is it maybe part of a “quizzes” category that, along with other quizzes, is altogether worth 30% of your grade?
Hey Rog, I'm looking into UC Berkley.. Did you enjoy your time there?
Roger: I sure did. Is there anything in particular that you’re interested about?
Hey, my grade is a 71.64 and my final exam is worth 15%. How many point do I need on my final in order to pass?
Roger: What’s the minimum overall grade required to pass?
I just wanted to tell you that you are changing lives. I would like to personally thank you for reducing my finals stress. Keep being the super hero that you are, my guy.
What's up my dude? You are my hero. I owe my GPA to you alone. I love you. Goodbye.
i hope you are having a great day today
ive used this website for a long time i'm in college now :)
Hey roger so I got 57% overall percentage and I still have a last assignment to go through with which is about 40% So around how much I have to score to pass. As the percentage that I need overall to pass is approx 50%
Roger: Is your assignment worth 40% of your grade by itself? Or is it part of a category that, combined with other such assignments, is altogether worth 40% of your grade? What’s the other 60% of your grade made of?
I have a 32% in this class right now.
First Exam was worth 20% weighted and I got a 78% on it
Second exam worth 20% also weighted and I'm assuming I got a 92% on it(waiting for grade to come out)
And quiz worth 10% weighted and I got a 38% on it. What's my grade looking like if I got the grade I'm assuming on my 2nd exam? Please email! Ty!(:
Roger: Your overall grade should be approximate a 75.6%.
Hey there roger I have a question for you
So till now I am getting 67.78% and today I had a 20% midterm exam and I am not sure if I am gonna pass in it or not. By any chance if I fail in the exam will it make me fail the whole course. As I have a final group assignment of 30%. And if anyhow I score good in that will it help me or no?
Roger: What’s the minimum overall grade required to pass your course? Also, try out the calculator mode labeled “I need something else”. It might be able to help.
Hows life going?
i got a 41% which is freaking me out i need a C to pass i have two tests left and a final which is worth 20% of my grade what should i do now
Roger: Start planning to retake the course. If you pass, then congrats! If you don’t, then you’ll be expecting it anyway.
I am taking environmental science in a community college. I am in grade 9
Tests worth 68% of my total grade
Currently, I have a 83% total and I took 50% of the test
In order to get 90%+ in my final garde
What % at least do Ineed to get on my remaing test?
Get back to me soon! Thank you :)
Roger: The answer depends on your current test average. But assuming the other 32% of your grade does not change, you’ll need to raise your test average by at least 10.3 percentage points to raise your overall grade to a 90%. Hope that helps!
Hey, just curious, is this an actually a person? Or is it like a robot?
Roger: Beep beep boop boop
Hi thank you for making this website! It's super helpful! How long has this been going?
Roger: 10 years!
If I have a 80, 85, 77,78, 96 ,100 & 100 as 80% test grades, and 24 100s for hw grades (10%) and 22 100s for participation (10%), do I have an A in that class? Or at least a high B?
Roger: Your overall grade should be 90.4%.
Thanks so much for your help Roger. I really appreciate you helping people. I am absolutely grateful I found this calculator while scrolling absentmindedly through the web. 😁 I hope you have a nice day/afternoon/night and thank you again.
Roger: Thanks, and you’re welcome!
Hi Roger. Thanks for creating the final grade calculator, it is a life saver. How long have you been running this site, and how come you're still active and responding to comments?
Roger: Glad to help! 10 years. I’ll keep answering as long as people keep asking.
Hi roger my midterm 1 and 2 is worth 20% final is 25 % 2 quizzes at 5% assignment 5% lab activities 25% I have to achieve a 60 to pass I got 32% on midterm one and 7.5 % on quiz one . What do I need to achieve on the rest of the categories to get to a 60 . Thank you !
Roger: Try out the calculator mode labeled “I need something else”. It should be able to answer your question, but feel free to post a follow-up if you have any trouble.
Hey Roger, I have a question that I ask that you please help me in: The total attendance for all of a baseball league in 2012 was about 7.5 x 10^7 fans, while the attendance for the Tornadoes in 2012 was about 1.5 x 10^6 fans. About how many times more was the attendance for the entire baseball league than the attendance for just the Tornadoes.
Hey Roger, I need help on this equation x^3= 8/27
Roger: So, x = 2/3? And also the two imaginary roots, I suppose.
My average class grade in English is an 90.71. I made a 67 on a test that was worth 65% of my grade. Please tell me what my averge in English will be now.
Roger: It depends on how many tests you’ve taken so far and what you scored on them. Also, what’s the other 35% of your grade made of?
OKay so i have a 94% in my biology class, and i am taking my midterm today and my midterm is worth 10% of my grade. What do i need to make on the midterm to have a 96 final grade?
Roger: It depends on how much of your coursework you’ve completed so far. For example, if your “94%” overall grade represents 40% of your coursework, then you’ll need to score at least a 104% on your midterm to raise your overall grade to a 96%.
Can I study at Airlangga University can work on Google?
Roger: I don’t see why not.
I have an 89 in math class and I just got an 93% on an test what will be my next grade?
Roger: It depends on how much your test is worth, as a percentage of your current overall grade.
Oh one more thing. My weight achieved so far without the last exam is 36.3/60. My dosage exams weight achieved is 32.30 and my homework is 8.4/10. Again what would I have to make on the last exam to get 74.5/100.
Roger: I don’t quite understand. So if you get a full score on your last exam, then does your “weight achieved” rise from 36.3 to 46.3? What do you mean by “dosage exams weight”?
I have a 68.5 average and I have to have a 74.5 to pass the class. I have one more test left out of 5 and all together they are worth 60% of my average. If the test are weighed out of 15 points what do I need on the last test to pass the class ?
Roger: What’s your current test average? What do you mean when you say that your tests are “weighted out of 15 points”? Also, try out the calculator mode labeled “I need something else”. It should be able to help.
I failed my Stats final. Will I fail the class? It’s on a points system. Total points overall points ts 1000 for an A. I have 86.64%. The final is worth 200 points. Will I fail the class?
I have just completed my pharmacology I had to receive an overall mark of 50% overall , I received a mark of 49.05%
So I am .95% of a mark of passing the subject .. can I dispute this mark as .95 is not even one mark .
Roger: I suppose that’s up to your instructor, but it’s worth a try.
This is such an amazing website. You've no doubt helped millions of people all around the world with the various tools you created.
