Imagine if your current grade were 10%. According to your logic, your grade would drop below 0% if you don’t hand in the project. Here’s an intuitive explanation for why your grade won’t drop by 15%: Before the project is included, your grade only represents 85% of your assignments. The remaining 15% won’t be counted until the project is included. So, your 65% overall grade is actually a 55.25/85 (65%). If you don’t turn in your project, then your overall grade becomes a 55.25/100 (55.25%).

I'm getting 67% in my Science class in gr.10.The exam mark is 20%.There are 80 questions in the exam. If I fail the exam how much percent will I lose? ( a fail being 49% or lower) and if I were to get a 50% would my mark stay the same ?
